Cherished Chestnuts

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire...oh wait, that's the Christmas song--and it's only September!  But it is time for chestnuts because they are falling from the trees now.  Have you tried them?  They are quite delicious!  These really fresh ones are especially sweet!
