White Christmas in Atlanta!

Wow!  I knew I had never experienced snow on Christmas before.  They said in the news that this was the first white Christmas in Atlanta since 1882.

We opened presents at 10 a.m., had breakfast at noon, and then began to watch the snow!  We had a superb Christmas dinner at about 3:30.  Thanks, Duk-Sun!  She made everything except the dressing (stuffing).  My father had made that at Thanksgiving, and we were lucky enough to take leftovers home.  We froze the dressing, and were able to eat more of it on Christmas Day.

The snow was so much fun, we spent a few hours in it--even after dark.  You can see what we did in the photos.

By the way, please pray for my father.  He has been in the hospital with some persistent infections and is very weak right now.   Thankfully he is off oxygen and can eat solid food again.  It's such a shame he got sick at Christmas time.  All this happened out of town, too.  My parents had driven to North Carolina to see my sister there.  I'll be so glad when they get back home!
