Daniel is not the only pickle lover in the family, but he is the probably the most artistic pickle lover we have. Note how he arranges his three kinds of pickles (Japanese yellow takuan, Korean red kimchi, and American green cucumber dills) around his Indian curry and rice. Aren't we incredibly blessed to have all kinds of delicious food from around the world! :)
