My cousin Kathy from Maine came down with her foster daughter for a week to visit her mother in Macon. They came here one day for a play day with Hannah and Naomi. Even though Duk-Sun and I are foster-to-adopt parents, we aren't really close to any other foster parents. But Kathy is a foster parent and a cousin, so we instantly had tons to talk about. She and her husband already raised one batch of kids which included foster kids. Now this precious little girl has become an important part of her life. God certainly blesses those who go out of their way to help foster children. One of the biggest blessings is the children themselves.
