David and Jason had a great first day of school. They were a little nervous, but by the end of the day they were as calm as cucumbers.
Wednesday is Chapel day, so they started off with a chapel service at 9:00 a.m.
The gentleman on the left is the principal of the school, Mr. Jack Hibbs. On the right we have the pastor of Faith Lutheran Church, Rev. Gregory S. Walton, who gave the message. He spoke about how all learning is vain unless it is based on the truth revealed in Scripture. It was a good message. To illustrate his point, he took a book bag full of textbooks and school supplies and one by one, threw everything into the garbage until all he had left was his Bible.

ReplyDelete영어를 배우는 것이 제일로 중요하단다. 영어가 잘 안 늘더라도 그냥 무조건 계속하다보면 어느순간에 영어가 귀에 들어온단다. 잘참고 즐겁게 영어공부를 하면, 다른 공부도 잘 될거야. 그때까지는 참고 가디언 말씀 잘 듣고 생활하기 바래. 파이팅! -삼촌-
